I seek hotels with essential amenities like air conditioning, a lift, and secure luggage storage. My recent stay at a well-located hotel in Riga offered just that. The staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring I settled in comfortably after my travels. I arrived late, and Agate kindly guided me on using the Bolt app for food delivery while Aleksandra assisted with my luggage storage the following day, enhancing my experience. The clean, spacious room came with complimentary water, a kettle, and delightful pastries at a nearby café to enjoy. With a wonderful location close to charming restaurants, I left completely satisfied. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for anyone exploring the beautiful Old Town of Riga. What a memorable visit!
